What is therapy?

Therapy is a safe space to explore your feelings. Together, we can work to better understand what it is you are experiencing that is making you confused, depressed, anxious or give you back some power and control. Therapy with me can offer you a warm and empathic space to talk freely about what it is that is troubling you. This can aid in having a deeper understanding of oneself and to find healthier coping mechanisms, and to improve relationships and overall wellbeing.
